At Gleams, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Sale items, undergarments, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items
